You need to update this! Gamboa was a peaceful protestor, known to carry his AR while protesting. The peacekeepers lied!
They didnt approach him, they fired from a distance.
He didn't point the rifle at the crowd, he was holding it low pointed at the ground.
He didnt run to the crowd causing them to shoot, they shot at him causing him to run.
Correct the false narrative before Gamboa is slandered further! Report on the video that shows the peacekeepers were lying!
Utah law says you may open carry A unloaded firearm. Simple question was Gamboa's rifle unloaded

Two people working as event security notice Gamboa fidgeting with his AR-15, they approach him, he raised his gun at them, ONE OF THE EVENT SECURITY FIRE 3 SHOTS AT GAMBAO and also indirectly killing a bystander near him. The cops instead ARREST Gamboa and charge him with MURDER but not the event security guy that fired the shots and killed a bystander? Involuntary manslaughter at best.
I think the truth will be that the man with the rifle did not raise the rifle, and the protestor shot him for no reason. The protestor who shot should be given life in prison, and the leftist news who pushes the murder charge onto the rifle owner should be sued for slander.
