His is made with fatty wagyu – fat absorbs spice. . Plus he sounds American, so they may have decreased the spice for him . Pad Gra Pao is designed to go with pork, so naturally you would prefer it the traditional way rather than with fatty wagyu. Her accent sounds South East Asian, but she said some Korean words. Does anyone know if she is Korean? Burping without saying "excuse me" is bad manners – gross.
the chillis and garlic should be ground in pestle and mortar not individual chillis on top also nam prik pla on the eggs. It's next morning when it hits me in the tummy etc, put some carrots in freezer lol

Actually, Thai people often save the runny egg yolk to eat at the very end. We gradually pick around the fried egg, eating it with pad kra pao, and leave the whole yolk for the very last bite. 😆😆😆
