The building management can shut down certain floors so that the elevator cannot go to them. In my building, the elevator is made by Otis, which is 1st. The best and most reputable in that area, and when the management hired workers to whitewash the 10th floor and attic, they shut down the "ride" up there. It's simple.
I know many of these are staged, but could you all just allow us our fun? As well, they're not ALL staged and if you cannot stretch your mind to imagine we're not the only "beings" allowed, just don't watch these and allow your ego to boast you know there's nothing legit happening because how can you truly believe this is all there is?
