Today we’re in Taipei, Taiwan visiting the local Huaxi Night Market hunting for for some food adventures. First I try out a longtime mystery food, duck tongue. Was it like making out with a duck? Yeah, kinda, but then also know cause of how I ate it and that’s not something I do with a person I’m making out with for example. Also, small sausage in a large sausage. This was invented in Taiwan and it’s amazing. Really, Edison can chill out with his inventions cause nothing he invented tasted even close to this good. What a joke. Get one. Don’t think, just chew!

Being Middle eastern eating tongue, liver, stomach, intestine, all of these things that’s considered disgusting is very delicious if cooked the right way, we usually eat sheep or cows tongue 👅 or brains and they are delicious to be honest we add spices lemon nuts serve with tahini or rice.
