I appreciate the effort in presenting such important historical events. however, I can't help but feel that focusing too much on the deadliest disasters can overshadow the ways communities have rebuilt and thrived after these tragedies. shouldn't we also highlight the resilience and recovery stories?

(Which almost caused the end of the world because it almost sparked a nuclear war) A cyclone in 1991 killed over 100, 000 in Bangledesh. The 1995 Great Hanshin Earthquake in Japan. Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Cyclone Nargis that hit Myanmar in 2008.
U forgot the Bhola Cyclone in 1970, the Australian Queensland Floods in 2010, and the LA fires in 2025 (this year).
