On The Scene: Two people, aged 5 and 28, and several others were injured after an SUV rammed into the departure entrance area at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1 on Sunday morning. According to the Philippine National Police Aviation Security Unit, the driver of a black Ford Everest who had just sent a passenger off crashed into the west departure curbside area after “a sedan suddenly passed in front of him, causing him to forget to transfer his foot to the brake pedal.” The driver is in police custody for investigation.

its true that the driver is responsible however NAIA should conduct a proper risk assessment, they should have put barriers since car stop are facing the crowd waiting area, and they must secure the area not allowing people to loiter there.
the NAIA and its contractors should have most of the accountability. because the bollard should be able to resist a six-wheeler truck
