The alien enemies act requires a foriegn "government or nation" to be at war with us or invading. Not the case here. It doesn't suggest it, nor is any interpretation required, it's right there in the text of the law TWICE. Nor does the act permit (nor could it) violation of the rights of all persons in US jurisdiction including due process. If these people really are subject to legal deportation there should be no problem with this. It's only if the deportation is illeagle and cannot stand the light of day that any one would need to remove them in the middle of the night.
No one is prohibiting legal deportations, merely slapping down the felon for denying due process and other blantant unconstitutional acts.
It's either hundreds of judges conspiring against one person, or one one person not following the law and the constitution. So which sounds most likely.

Judge Hendrix shows what the DC judges should have done. Although I do believe the DC judges are true activists, I also think this aggressive tactic IS what the tda lawyers used to approach DC judges and that the DC judges did NOT report it appropriately.
