8. It is very important that Takis is being careful to keep local people co-operating in surrendering dogs rather than abandoning/dumping the animals.
   As much as we want to punish people, we must always know that the dog's welfare is more important than our anger at what has happened.

9. I think takis is excellent as a rescuer because while he hopes for change and supports better laws enforcement and education he is also very respectful of people who have the guts and brains to surrender rather than abandon or kill the dogs.

   A good rescuer thinks of the animals

28. There’s no act more important than saving innocent souls from relentless torment. Right now we’re a mix of ignorance & lack of education which stops us from realizing that the spatio-temporal location of pain & suffering doesn’t mean anything for its significance—the pain of a dog over there is just as real, gruesome & unbearable as my pain over here. Future advanced civilization will look back on this kind of animal rescue work with the rightful deep reverence & gratitude it deserves 🙏
