2. I remember the day Phoenix was rescued, he was so aggressive and bared his teeth at Takis. You could see the way his owner tried to get him in the dog carrier that there was no kindness or humanity evident.
   Today he looks so happy and content with his friends, thanks to Takis, volunteers and donors. ❤❤

31. Senior Phoenix looks so dignified relaxing with his entourage. Five years have passed since his rescue and grey hairs have rendered his face and his gaze so gentle. Alone, caged and in chains before, Phoenix has been living free and comfortably at the shelter surrounded by doggie friends and in daily contact with kind humans. Thank you to Takis for saving Phoenix from his past misery. You've given him a more beautiful world to live in, and I can say the same for all of Takis' children.
