When you take something like a ghost or an apparition and feed it energy like the people in this video you are dealing with something as unstable as dynamite powder. I've seen it with my own eyes before and twice from behind, these entities are not a joke. I've had three separate experiences with shape shifting wraiths and believe me you do NOT get used to them. I almost dialled 911 and said down the phone "you'd better come quick because there is a demon on the loose and it is looking for a host, so don't waste any time in getting down here or else it may find one". But I didn't make that call, as, at the time, I didn't think it was necessary, but I almost did. That's what we're dealing with here

I actually heard something a while,I was on the table eating my lunch,until I heard something fell,I opened the pantry door,and saw a bottle of hot sauce on the floor,I didn't know how it fell off the shelf and was pretty surprised that the bottle didn't break,but I didn't think much of it,I said in my mind "maybe it was just a mouse or something".

I can tell you from personal experience that poltergeist activity is real. I, and a handful of other witnesses, saw some intimate objects move apparently without cause. It doesn't happen everywhere, but certain locations seem to attract it, many of them have had previous evidence of paranormal activity, such as ghosts, energy orbs etc.
