41. The rescue is heartwarming, but why was Emmy left to suffer for so long? People need to be held more accountable for animal neglect, and this story barely touches on that issue

Thank you for rescuing her and getting her out of a bad situation it's too bad that you were in Mexico because I'm sure Dr Jeff the Rocky mountain vet are in Denver Colorado might have been able to save her leg I don't know that for sure but I have seen many times where he has done that and it's amazing he is an amazing vet and great person but but besides that you did a good job and that's amazing God bless and he's got a good family now☺️😊😊
