  1. People channel flipping for a minute in 2008 is not the same as streaming in 2025. Unless Bryan has other sources, it's a false equivalency. If he's really just saying it's 150k – 200k just from this assumption that would not be the number you'd get. That's just 500k, total people who actually clicked on AEW, that's still a number.

  2. Lmao there’s about 10-15k who watch on MAX. AEW is dead. Just look at the views for Ospreay interview right before the big PPV with Chris Van Vliet compared to others. Complete flop 😂😂 no one gives a crap about AEW and there overrated Gymnastic Star

  3. Shocker, nobody is watching AEW except the people who are "sickos", which by the way is the absolute worst nickname for your audience. Only a dork would coin that term, ahem Tony. Further more before i get attacked. I was and have been watching AEW since the start but honestly I went from being excited to watch the content, to besides Punk debut, never watched Rampage and barley watch Collision. For Dynamite, I used to be excited to watching during first 18 months. Then its like it was a rock falling off a cliff. Tournaments are ok, but he literally has a tournament every other month. Then does a poor job of getting young talent over that need help, and doesn't tell these wrestlers to just tone it down with 100 high spots every match. Its gotten beyond stale. They still have good PPVs but my god has the overall product went downhill. The numbers dont lie, no new viewership numbers dont lie and attendence doesnt like. These are all facts. Im just glad Bryan doesnt give them passes like Dave all the friggin time. Rant Ended.

  4. "According to sources" and the sources not being named is the issue because it's a very unlikely number and for something so far fetched to be believed it needs to come from some kind of legitimate source. If it comes from Max then I would consider that a legitimate source.

  5. I turned it on last week and watched a horrible backstage promo with Serena deeb. And then the beginning of big bill. Couldn't take it and turned it off. It's so bad.

  6. la culpa es de los youtubers que mal enseñaron a casarse con una empresa de lucha libre. Mientras ellos lucran con eso el "fanatico" se deja influenciar tontamente y de hecho puede que lance hate sin conocer el producto al cual se le lanza hate

  7. It just comes to show that most people who say they support wrestling no matter what company are just FOS, its ok to be tribalistic, if you have a reason, people just be hating on aew just because.. cause is the cool thing to do online, likes and views basically, i dont watch wwe, not because of the wrestling or the wrestlers but because i dont give my money to a company (wwe/tko) runned by racist mysoginist connected to corrupt politicians

  8. I have to search for AEW on Max and the listings are confusing. Not a good rollout. The Saturday/Sunday Collision were each their own event and not under Collision. So annoying!

  9. I mean, look at the cable numbers for Dynamite. since January, the overall TV ratings have been going up. But 18-45 demo hasnt. those 18-45 year olds are probably on Max. im in the demo, and I cut cable completely in January cause I have max for AEW, TNA+, and peacock/Netflix/theCW app for WWE. the only show i miss out on is SmackDown. But I work Friday nights anyway. so I just watch the YouTube clips.

  10. If the math is correct hopefully AEW can start having shows in arenas again. Clearly the most successful wrestling promotion in history 2nd to only WWE (for now)…..

  11. I read the BJ Bethel article and it is weirdly speculative about the numbers without providing any solid source. It’s mostly doing guess estimates and I’m
Not sure what to make it of that. I’m sure AEW picked new viewers on Max but to say they got the same as linear tv is hard to say.

  12. If we just stop giving these trolls attention, they will go away. Any sane wrestling fan either watches both or just doesn’t care about the product they don’t watch.

  13. Everyone is worried that Jim (i have been saying the same thing) Cornette might be wrong and the billion dollar company funded by multi billion dollar companies will not die overnight because of a missed headlock

  14. The people having a meltdown over this wouldn't be questioning the numbers if it said that AEW was only getting like 50k additional viewers on MAX

  15. How is this so unbelievable to people? MAX has 117,000,000 subscribers worldwide. All they need is less than half a percentage point of their subscribers to tune in to get this number. The way they get ratings for MAX, they only have to watch for two minutes for the view to be counted.
