  1. Thank you recommending sage and stone channel. I’m really enjoying her channel and your herb journey. I’m trying to do more herbal remedies also. I’ve learned a lot from you! Thank you

  2. I love your garden. I thought about using the grass clipping from the yard to put in the garden too. My only fear is the seeds and having to pull weeds. I may consider next year composting the grass and getting nutrients that way. Either way I love how you use the grass on your garden.

  3. Hi Asia, how areyou doing. I am all finished with my housing project in Michigan. So I'm planing for our next summer's garden. We had lot's of trees in the back. Huracane Helene took care of seven trees in my yard and four very large tree's that blocked all the sun light from getting to the ground in the yard. 😁 So, with a lot's of work I shold have a big garden in 2025!

  4. You mentioned in an earlier video wanting to do more diy type stuff. Try making soap! So fun, and you can tailor soap to suit you. You can use your oil infusions and essential oils and use fats that are available to you. ( I just made some soap using some lard I rendered myself.) There are soap calculators on line that help you develop soap recipes using what you have I love, love, love Elly's everyday soap making. She is so informative, and when she makes a mistake, she let's you know how she fixed it. I'm rendering some beef fat as we speak to make soap with that, to see what I like best. If you don't want to use animal fats, there are many vegetable alternatives.

  5. Good morning! When I am re-hydrating hydrophobic soil I put it in a larger container (e.g. plastic shoe box, plastic tote) that way you can water all of the soil at once. I leave the water in there until it soaks up and that way I don’t have to keep going back to see if the water was soaked up on the bottom. Happy Planting this fall. Watching you while I do my fall chores.

  6. I am not a water drinker either so my doctor said to put Crystal Light Liquid drink mix in it which flavors it. She further said the even with the Crystal Light in it that it is still considered to be water. Try it — the flavors are really good.

  7. Hi Asia, love ❤️ your videos. I live in zone 6b/7a St.L, Mo. I bought a plastic collapsible kitty litter container to water 💧 from the bottom. It's easy to collapse and put away.

  8. Hi Asia. Good video. Nothing more satisfying than getting something finished.
I want to address the problem you had with things not thriving in one of the beds. The one you moved plants from & replaced some. Do you research companion planting? Some plants cannot be planted together which could have been the problem. Then, there are plants that thrive with certain other plants. Just food for thought.

  9. I am so inspired by your comeback garden. I have had a whole lot of things happen. I moved a couple of surgeries. This month some surgery but I am going to get back to gardening and I mean it. I am in zone 9B so the heat and dryness is my beast but I am up for the challenge.
