11. I believe it was Ed and Lorraine Warren who said approaching spirits drains the energy out of them. They will either dissappear or fade into the distance. They said they had far better communication when they just stayed put with patience and asked the spirits to approach them if and when they were ready to.

    Of course there is no actual way of knowing if this is accurate or not. It's just something they claimed.

The one thing no one does in these shows is have a Go Pro attached to your cap facing behind you at all times. You show an over the shoulder shot but I feel spirits follow behind you- with this camera who knows who footage you could capture. Thanks Mac.
