Life is precious and puppies have a life. They are helpless and unable to care for themselves. That is why they have owners to protect them and give them full love and care. It is cruel, abuse, and criminal to abandon dogs, especially small puppies to end their life. The owners must answer to God and to men for their offences. There has to be some form of punishment to the owners to stop them from committing the same offences to dogs.
