  1. No We Ziffius or Exciton!? The list did not say budget button lock flippers, so I’m confused. Ziff and Exciton top every knife on this list!

  3. Flipper tabs that don't hide and effect ring finger placement RUIN knives (the Malibu is utterly useless because of this… absolutely RUINS that knife same with the Civivi Chevalier and Conspirator). All standard flipper tabs should be removed or made hadden when the blade is open. Plain and simple: front flippers are just better.

  4. I own a Malibu and the button lock will fail, guaranteed if you strike the back of the blade without much force. I was disappointed. Plus, the handle is soooo slippery.

  5. Okay…… so is your camera just sitting in front of your face? lol. Do you watch your hands through the screen? This question keeps me up at night

  6. The Sencut is interesting bc I got one for my dad and the detent was so mushy i returned it for something else. Maybe they detents are not consistent or something.

  7. Great list. I do have the WE Culex and the Boker Titanium Kwaiken and they are both great too. So I have more button flippers from your list than the Knife Center list. Great video

  8. Good video. Don't agree with your selections, except for the Conspirator, but good video. I felt the same way about the video from Knife Center. Thanks

  9. Love my smock, and surgery in general and I'm glad to hear we'll finally be seeing more designs be able to use the smock style button compression lock.

  10. I'd say there's 3 knives on both your lists… The We Culex is pretty much the same thing as the sencut serene conspirator (except the Culex has a pretty gnarly rebound)

  11. Wayne I am proud of the growth of your channel buddy I been with you since you were at 5k subs. I am huge gun nut but over the years I been getting into knives as a new hobby. I have learned a lot from you, Stassa and Metal Complex. I refuse to watch any videos from Nick Shabazz his voice makes my soul hurt and makes want to seek violence. Keep up the great work

  12. No exciton, no zifius, no machinewise sonora
I think those are the top 3 and I haven't even used the zifius…. but neither top 10 has any of them, there's even some excitons for sale currently

  13. Fuuuuuuck this is the video I was looking for (after binging hundreds over the last two weeks lol). First, presentation was absolutely on point, and 2) Going through a huge OD green phase and was trying to find a good compilation. I went from videos where I'd be like, "hmm…maybe I am interested in 1 of these"…to…."fuck man, I need all of these!"

  14. Pretty tired of seeing nothing but Chinese knives on these types of list. You would had never seen a video like this in the knife community 10 years ago. Not trying to hate on your video, just not pleased in the direction the knife community is heading.

  15. North Mountain Blade – Chop 2 in G10 SLD Magic blade steel for $80 👌
I’m excited for my Hedgehog to arrive in a couple days. Love my RSKAOS.
I like my Vosteed Valkyrie but I hate the sound of it. I don’t like the design of the Firebird.
I don’t really care for the design of the Kizer Dogfish either. Kizer Brat is great, but also doesn’t sound great.
I’ve got a Sencut ArcBlast (too small) and the Sache both are meh. I might pick up a Serene.
Don’t care for the looks of the Civivi Sentinal Strike. I can’t believe I don’t have the Conspirator though. Might still get one.
I know I’m probably alone in this but I hate Spyderco. I do want a Smock (but only because I wasn’t designed by Spyderco lol) – but it’s old and overpriced IMO especially with new scales and pocket clip.
Still want a Protech Malibu if I come across one at a normal price.
Was hoping to find something I haven’t seen before here, but good list nonetheless 👍 now I’ll go watch the KnifeCenter list 😅

  16. I've been looking at a small Thunderbird in the blue and white handle. It just seems like a nice size with quality materials and action. I like the Hedgehog, but have a Kizer October with 20CV that was less $ and hard to justify a similar knife… but that blue handle too…
