  1. Great video. I've heard in other accounts that the Wildrake's bell still had breathing gas from the umbilical, but no longer any hot water. End result was the same tho.

  3. Great compilation in terms of narration, writing, footage and pictures. One small complaint.. the goofy music doesn't seem appropriate when men died in these horrible accidents.

  5. The pitch of their voices is set by the speed of sound in the larynx. It's not a thermal effect. Sound travels faster in helium than in air, so faster in trimix (helium + nitrogen + oxygen). Sound travels faster as pressure increases. Both are at work in the divers voices. Higher speed of sound => higher resonant frequency => higher pitched voices.
