7. A bill to make it illegal to ship any animal to slaughter illegally, cramped in a truck and no passes or docs should be in place. No questions asked.

This loophole of exports via Ireland is legal for all other live exports of livestock calves and sheep and lambs and its horrific as they face slaughter with often no animal welfare laws in place.. It really should be closed… and the illegal export of horses is appalling – from Ireland to UK to Ireland then across the sea….to wherever with no food water or care…ANimals are not objects..

I just don’t get why people need to smuggle out slaughter horses out of the UK…sadly the European Markets are full of…from the overbreeding with Thoroughbred, Haflinger Foals for Salami in Italy, overfed Draught Horses from Eastern Europe, Belgian and French, Spanish PRE, Friesen Horses…the list goes on…it needs to stop and Breeders need to start responsible for their Offspring….😢😢😢
