The security guard fired on spot I don’t care if my employees are in the wrong as long as they are not putting their hands on nobody or assaulting anybody and n no shape or physical form you better do what ever to protect them and my customers if you don’t you’re fired on the spot repercussions will be handled, separate and differently but the main concern first is customers and employees
