How do you get hit? He is too old to be walking out into traffic without looking! What are you all teaching kids? The rider will get time, but the kid lost his legs forever. Who does that without looking first? Even if you have the right of way, look both was.

In light of the news, they encouraged everyone to jaywalk right in front of the police and test assured that the police weren't going to cite them!!!
