12. The issue was never so much 2022/23 as 2023/24. The European storage unit were filled in anticipation. There storage units are meant for transit storage to manage demand and not for long term storage. For 23/24 Europe has nowhere to turn to to build up any such stocks. As far as Europe managing it. We'll the amount of industry either closed or on short time due to the massive increases in cost are quite shocking. In the real World Russia hasn't done anything to fuel delivery and costs.
