The bond between sisters is so strong. We’re remembering this moment when Holy Cow called out to her sister Madonna as they were reunited after only 30 minutes apart!
Born in the dairy industry, they both were taken away from their mom and suffered severe injuries. Emaciated and terrified, they were brought to The Gentle Barn at just 9 weeks old, and we spent months healing them.
Years later, we moved Holy Cow and Madonna from our Sun Chlorella Healing Center to our main location, just up the road, and this is what happened when they were reunited—and every day since ❤️

I wish we had a world where cows were t treated so bad. Having their young taken away, forced to keep milking and never bonding with their families. You show the world that never seen cows that they have feelings, children and siblings they really love. Cows are like slaves. They have no rights and if God thought it was right to treat them like this then why would he show us Noah and the ark. He loved all animals to save them two by two. Your farm is like us getting back to paradise. When will we learn our lesson?

Animals are so intelligent. They have senses and instincts that we have forgotten many moons ago. How are we so lucky to have them on Earth with us? Will the humans one day realise that they are part of nature, not above it?
What TrueLy breaks my heart more than all the other pain and sadness in the world when I think about what we’ve done to our beautiful planets creatures. If there is a sin that man’s created if there is a God I think it’s that. To show such violence and disregard for such incredible animals from a worm all the way to a rhinoceros. The most important piece of advice I ever learned was when my grandmother told me at around 8 years old; TREAT OTHERS THE WAY YOU YOURSELF WANT TO BE TREATED! And she told me that applied to all life forms including trees plants animals fish and even insects
