If you want ghosts and apparitions look at Really haunted ! Poor Lee is having a terrible time with a spirit calling himself Vlad( we don’t think that’s his real name) and he thinks lees wife is his wife and is threatening lees life. He has captured many apparitions and it’s seemingly using Alexa to communicate too! Best ghostly footage and proof I’ve ever seen!

In the first one the breathing was proof of it being faked. When we are scared our breathing actually slows down. Often times when people are faking they don't realize that so they make it sound all fast and panicked.
