21. The people videoing the brown bears with their cell phones are morons! Do they have no idea how dangerous this is? If those bears decided to turn and charge, there's nothing these people would have been able to do to get away from them. This isn't cute, and it isn't worth risking your life to get close up and personal with a couple of bears.

22. about the cat and the rat/mice thing. Always avoid letting your cat eat/kill mice as much as you can. The reason for this is the fact that rats/mice contain toxoplasma, which generally they get from what they feed on also (bugs). 25. DON'T EVER approach skunks. Yes, they are cute. No, don't take them home. But, NEVER call them to you and pet them! You can live trap them if you don't mind your trap stinking…forever. Do this only to see if they have lost their mom. Once deemed an orphan, there are rehabbers like me out there to take on the role of mom. It is very rare to see skunks in the daytime and that should be your first red flag.

    In skunks, rabies symptoms include abnormal behavior, such as aggressiveness, seizures, stumbling, being active in the daytime, and vocalizing. However, skunks and other infected animals can transmit rabies before they show symptoms of the disease.

How special that is to have a wild animal come up to you this close, while you are doing what you love most? I think i need to pack my things and move out into the woods as well.
