Someone who can please send some good hepa machines and replacement filters. There care also maintenance free air burners for dander and dust mites (for cats also). And other ozone free also maintenance free contraptions.

I would (10 years ago I could have) adopt Bobby. He needs regular deep muscle massage, (which is as relaxing to give as to receive), and stretching, on his front side. An occasional pool (with a doggie life jacket) would be great. Eventually will need front end mechanical support, but that is very doable.
Some adopter would be lucky to share a home with such a sweetheart.
