I really enjoy these haul videos. I can see the lots of thought go into it. Here in South Africa we are starting to feel the inflation. Our feul prices may double by the years end. We are focusing on gardening right now. Got our first harvest of green beans this week. 😁

Oh man detox off the bang now go to your health food store and get man vitamins with a b complex take in the morning and take an iron as man too. If your energy is still low go to a Middle East restaurant and eat some goat curry. But thanks for sharing. Go to the restaurant food supply stores to stock up.

I think WalMart online has a good deal lately, 12 cans of 12.5oz chicken for $19.99. It makes a can of chicken just $1.66! I haven't seen a price like this in an actual store in a very long time.

I love those little tuna and cracker packs! So good for bug out bags, snacks for hiking, keeping at work for a quick lunch. 99 cents is a great buy. You also can't have enough gloves. Great haul!
Where I work we use 3 liter containers of saline with spigot. When they're empty I take them home, wash them and put water in them. They're food grade plastic so it's perfect. Keep prepping everyone!

Great haul. I did my first big Walmart haul in a long time. $68.00. Got tp, paper towels,napkins,ziplocs, one 35 count, 16.9 oz arrowhead bottled spring water and two 1 gallon jugs crystal geyser spring water. No shortages of to make not if at my wallymart store.
