I live in the UK and pitties have been banned here since the 90s. It always seems so wrong to me because every pittie I've seen just needs tlc
They're so unbelievably forgiving and resilient but also delicate and sensitive. They bond so strongly and would run into a burning building to save their family.
I will always be an advocate for dogs but especially those that are so hugely misunderstood and so often abused and or neglected!

What I find very upsetting is that the dog stayed put because she was hoping for her humans to return for her. People who can do something like abandon your dog is something that I couldn't do no matter what. So sad
