8. Where the hell is this horrendous place? There's always animals suffering in the streets. People passing them by. I hate it. Besides to shear pain & hell these animals go thru, it is inconceivable that ppl can be that cruel. These animals seem to be tossed out by extremely uncaring ppl & they're left to suffer & breed. I couldn't last there a second. I'd NEVER walk past an animal like that. 💔💔💔💔
