This guy may be one of the finest men that ever walked this earth ! 🙂
This is really wonderful and we need more people like him 😍😍😍
We adopt all our animals from the shelter or other animal rescues.
They are so grateful and their love is unconditional and they love you until their last breath… 😘😘😘
We should all care and love our innocent animals
;
That is just so touching. I was just about moved to tears. May the fates love him and let him live for years and years and teach us all, adopting a senior doggie is a wonderful thing.
We adopted a senior dog about 7 weeks ago and while not the jumping up and down of a young dog he was so happy to be out of there where he had been for over two months
(No kill shelter which should be the law of the land and no pet stores allowed to sell any pet unless it comes from a shelter until they are all out of pets)
and we have a very big back yard with half of it grass and he walked all over the property and when he laid down in the grass, he rolled over on his back and was wiggling around and he got up and seemed suddenly a lot younger. He bounded towards us and knocked me over and then jumped on my brother and was licking him on the face and what can I say he was happy. He must have known we were not going to send him back and this would be his last forever home.
. We ourselves ain't getting any younger ourselves and if he works out, we'll just have to go get another one for him to hang with. We already have two rescue doggies.
One from friends who could not take their one year old Chihuahua with them and we took her and she is now 11 and just as frisky as ever and believe it or not she is not one of those yapping and nonstop barking ones. She is just the perfect doggie. and our other one we found by accident.
It was late one night in not one of the better parts of town and we went down the wrong street looking to pick up a friend who needed a ride and was a bit to late to catch a bus.
. Just as we were turning around to go back to the correct street, we heard a puppy crying and it was 11:30 at night.
. We stopped the engine and listened and found her under a car next to us. She was, according to the vet less than four months old and it took some coaxing but we finally got her out from under the car. She was dirty and limping. So we bundled her up. She was not the pretties puppy I wish I could show you before and now pics, but within a short minute she sort of felt comfortable and was asleep and when we got home we introduced her to out other 2 doggies, one a rescue (the Chihuahua) and Sugar who we bought. They took to her right away. Sugar who was 2 at the time was licking her all over and smelling every part of her and stayed with her all night, as she drank water and ate and fell asleep on my bed and Sugar was with her the whole time.
We took her to the vet first thing in the morning and the vet said her shoulder was bruised and he figured by a kick and thrown out of the house in the awful godforsaken area of our city..
don't know how it happened that we went down the wrong street BUT IT WAS MEANT TO BE. We have had her now for ten years and she grew up to be a beautiful silky terrier from the odd coloring she had as a puppy. We lost Sugar last year to heart problem. And we have had three for so long we figured we better make it three again and now we have FREDDIE the elder rescue. HE has fit in perfectly and he loves to go lay in the grass during the day.
A few times recently we noticed he would like go out at night around midnight or so and just sit in the grass and you could see him lift his nose up as though he was smelling something that caught his attention. Then after anywhere from a few minutes to 20 or he comes in.
LIFE IS BETTER WITH A DOGGIE and IT IS EVEN BETTER WITH TWO DOGGIES AND THREE IS HEAVEN.
So go yourself a doggie and nothing wrong with picking a senior dog.
We could not be happier with him.
He knows he has a forever home even if it might only be a couple of more years. Big yard, lots of hugs and petting, grooming, gets to lay on any furniture he wants as do all our doggies, bed of his own, lots of water and food and treats and falls asleep on my lap a lot. We LOVE FREDDIE TO PIECES. and what can I say.
Sorry for a long read but after seeing this video I felt like sharing, hope you don't mind.
Bless this man heart! I'm glad that all those senior dogs has the chance to have furrever home. I was once to foster/adopt senior dog (foster failed😅) He was 15 when I adopted him. Live happily with me for another year. It hurt me a lot but I never regret to gave the best life that he deserve. RIP Olive.
Thank you Lord for this man.
What is his page on Instagram? I would most defenitly adopt a senior dog or cat
Won't be a doggie overload in this house. They will take care of him, he will take care of them, and the dogs will take are each other. I send a wish that their lives are peaceful and full of wagging tails. The man is excused from that part! 🐾
Good keep it up
Such a good man.

I adopted a puppy a man who drove up to our church as we sat outside talking after our church service. My brother had let him know my husband had just died. Then a few years later I adopted a dog who Had been hit in the head with with a 2×4 and left on the side of the road to die. His right eye had collapsed and he lived with me for 4 years before dying. Then my daughter called me and I went over and was told the very elderly later 2 doors down from my daughter had died and left behind a chihuahua that at that time was 8 years old. Her family was from out of state and bought her the puppy for comfort. I agreed to take Maya the chihuahua and at 24 I’d still with me. I became the owner of 2 guinea pigs 4 years ago and am currently looking for a home with children who will love these.
Great story, yeh id adopt any pet old or young to give it a good and loving forever home! My family has had some of the best dogs that have come from the rspca
I would adopt a senior dog–or any pet–if I had pet medical insurance–because medical bills could be huge.
Good for greeg…a new family…
I’d adopt any age dog
Whatta beautiful soul😇 God bless him for saving lives🙏
