This video is shooted just before clouds mishappening at Mcleodganj,dharmshalla.
There r many people’s that were going to make a happy day but God was in another way .
This is usally a natural phenomenon that happens ocassinally .but some how we r equally responsible for that .We destroy nature by making more construction and destroy forest more than a constant no.
so please make some criteria to save nature with minimum construction on mountains.
Also Govt must make some shedule to enter how many people’s enter in velley.
some prebooking criteria may be followed so as to avoid extra rush in all natural looking velley’s.
