  1. There needs to be stiffer laws and harsher punishments for driving under the influences.
Also needs to be harsher punishment for speeding through a school zone.

  2. At 43 seconds you see a car blasting thru the red lite at the intersection. People just drive like crap. Go slow, be careful.

  3. So the drunk triple murderer receives treatment for his injuries, meanwhile some doctors are refusing to treat people who dont want to undergo an experimental jab.

  4. Stop chasing people to death. We have better means. The cops knew the danger of chasing him over 120 mph and they knew he was probably intoxicated.

  5. DUI manslaughter! He was drunk driving!! He killed innocent people yet he was given surgery smh they should have left him the way he was so he could suffer that POS.

  6. Why is Miami, who can surely afford 2 helicopters and a few crews, chasing anyone at 120mph? I'm not a blame the cops kind of guy, but this seems like a bad decision. Was it the NJ plates?

  7. They said it was a DRUNK DRIVER now it turns out it was a POLICE CHASE. How SO SO STUPID to loose your family over a dumb azz chase. OUTLAW POLICE CHASES ?

  8. This is why in my state cops back off and call in air support when speeds get too high. They let the idiots think they got away and bust them as soon as they stop.

  9. When drunk driving laws have so much teeth in them people would rather risk life and limb than be caught a new solution must be found this one isn't working.

  10. My comment what lol get erased. Cops ego has a part to do with the chase. You got the car description. Why go 120 Miles an hour and put everyone else in danger

  11. I guess it's the God complex in cops that won't allow them to break off high speed chases when it endangers everyone else's lives! Cops share most of the blame here!

  12. The real question is why aren't cars governed to 80mph? Why is it necessary for a typical vehicle to be capable of speeds of at least 100mph? What situation would you ever need to go that fast? Vehicles these days are not only faster but more sound proof so most people have no idea how fast they are really traveling. Couple that with everyone driving distracted and this is the result. Endless police pursuits and fatal accidents every single day and for what?! You want to protect the public, start putting more restrictions in vehicles and strengthen driving penalties. But that won't happen.

  13. Of course, the criminal lives as usual. Just not fair. There’s gotta be stricter laws when it comes to drunk drivers or criminals in general

  14. We cannot of course know for sure but without the cop chasing him, maybe the crash wouldnt of been at speed to kill all of them. Im sure if we could ask the people killed they would have taken the chance of 50-60 mpg crash as opposed to over 100mph.

  15. A tragic event showing the stupidity of drinking and driving. And as so often happens it is innocent people who are hurt or killed while the perpetrator lives. But this video perfectly illustrates one beef I have with news reports; why do they wait until near the end of the report to disclose important information? The most important items were the loss of innocent lives and the cause of the accident; but the next important issue is the fate of the drunk driver. Was he killed as well? That information was not revealed until near the end of the video. I find that is a common fault with news reports; important information is relegated until the end of the report. Newscasters should realize that most people watching (or reading) their reports likely know little or nothing about the news item they are reporting on. Thus newscasters should ask themselves the most relevant questions people would have and answer them near the beginning of the news item. Relegating important issues to the end of the report makes it appear as if they are doing so deliberately, to make sure we watch the entire news item like good little boys and girls.
