41. Anybody caught treating ANY animal like this (filthy water, no food, caged in full sun or crammed together in kennels), should be made to live just like they put those poor critters through! There is NO excuse for this kind of abuse! And, they would NEVER be allowed to ever have possession of any type/kind of animal!
