i have two problems with this tier listing. first: if group attack yields superiority, lions should be at the top despite other weaknesses. second: if not, then tigers are easily superior to jaguars. tigers are also excellent climbers, swimmers and stalkers, and could also easily kill crocodiles should they choose; mammals are simply a better nutrition source. jaguars are more of scavengers, eating everything and anything they can get (which they do very well). and ultimately, place a panther in a tigers territory, tiger will win every time. place a tiger in jaguars territory, that is now tigers territory. no competition.
not to mention, tigers are known to display loyalty and compassionate qualities. if an alpha male tiger (all tigers a fucking alpha honestly) makes a kill with his family, his cubs and tigress will eat first. where as with lions, the alpha male eats first. ive heard of tiger males taking care of their cubs in case of their mother dying. this makes me respect tigers even more. because even though they are largely independent cats, especially compared to lions, they are capable of selflessness which makes them not only savage, fearsome and respectable, but also admirable and noble.

So I'm assuming that our spirit animal is what we played in our previous game, I'm actually somewhat like a cat, because I have sensitive ears, my eyes adjust faster to light (night vision?) And I can sound almost exactly like a cat. So from what I can tell, I've played as a cat a lot, and I think I might go for a cat again next time. I don't remember though, it's been a while since I've seen the home menu.
Edit: also, I wonder if the next balence patch will Nerf humans, who think that's gonna happen?
Male lion beats male tiger. Male lions are designed for fighting other big cats. Not as strong or powerful as a tiger, but their mane provides huge crit resistance, which all cats rely on. They are a pvp build. A crit based dps always loses to a crit resistant pvp build. Tigers are cooler though.

Pretty sure that jaguars having the strongest bite of the cats is a myth, there was a study on it a while ago and lions and tigers supposedly had stronger bites. Same story as with pitbulls I reckon people just feed the hype with nothing to back it up when similar but larger animals would naturally have stronger bites.
Also jaguars and leopards are incredibly similar in almost every way. The jaguar's arguable higher success rate is mostly a result of where it plays, the leopard has to survive in a much higher difficulty server.
Also, where are the domestic cats? Easily the most successful cat build of them all since human civilization update, they don't need to work for anything humans just pour XP onto them.
