  1. I would NEVER leave my dog in a car by himself what the hell was this lady thinking if you cant take the dog somewhere drop it off at your house! With COLD water

  2. Remember someone yelled at me for leaving the dog in the car. I told them the car was on. They like it doesn't matter. I'm like the AC is on full blast. They didn't care. Wanted to flip out. Mind you i was gone less then a minute to get me and dog water and snacks lol..
I normally leave car AC on and sunroof open. I can remote start car from phone any where. Will tell me if it startsor fails

  3. This is why you never leave a child or pet in the car on a hot day. Even if you think you're only going to be gone for a minute, you never know what might happen. Just don't do it, folks.

  4. If that were a kid, that window woulda been smashed in less time than it took to assess the temperature in the car and the parent would be in cuffs. No questions, no excuses.
Shame on the legal system for not seeing that our pets deserve the same protection from some of the mindless idiots that are allowed to own them. It literally pulls my stomach out to think about what happens to pets at the hands of abusive and neglectful P.O.S humans. They deserve better than us. Period.

  5. Just saying if I come up to hot car with a dog inside and the cops aren’t there yet I’m smashing the window. I’ll take the charge ??‍♂️

  6. not sure what the rules are in America, but in the UK if you see a dog locked in a car on a hot day and there's no sign of the owner. you can break the window to get it out as long as you phone the police and tell them what you are going to do.

  7. “He’s fine… Ma’am, it’s over a hundred degrees in the car.” Idiot. Does she not have YouTube or has been educated in the safety of dogs and heat in cars? Increase the fines. Make these idiots think before they do it again.

  8. Glad they helped the dog, Here in Maine you call the cops and they say there is nothing they can do ? I had been the third person to report the dog in the car. I work with dogs professionally and it was in early stages of heatstroke. Not a single cop showed up. Finally the owner came out on the phone ignoring every single one of us & left in a real hurry, Lucky for her cause another 5 minutes she woulda had a shattered window. There were probably 7 other people besides me surrounding the car and flooding the local police station with calls trying to get someone to do something ! It was 98 degrees outside. I’m glad that these cops did something.

  9. you can tell this poor animal was there for a good time look at the poor animal drinking the water desperately SHE SAYS THATS HER BOSS’ CAR SO???? YOU CAN EXPLAIN WHY THEY BROKE THE WINDOW IF THAT WAS THE CASE SMH

  10. Now, animal people will yell at people who leave pets in the car after being gone for “15 minutes” plus it’s legal to break the window, we just need permission from the 911 operator

  11. The crowd is right? break the window for children and pets in hot car and an even stiffer fine $$$ and jail time. It’s getting ridiculous that they think they can get a way with this bullshit???

  12. I think posters should identify the state in the title as NH. I could only tell by officer's patch and there was a state outline that looked like NH. I always want to know where the police/animal control things are taking place.
