When it has that monster that goes under the bed give him maple syrup and the one that has eyes go on top of anything inside the room and put some eyedrops

Actually, you can take all 3 sips of the coffee and give it to Barney or the head banger by just holding the action button and then use it right before it completes. Both actions will be made at the same time.

I suggest you let the anomalies through and just kill them with wrong treatment
They still count as patients which will speed up your run!
Instead of using eyedrops for the candles, just tase the animal! It’ll instantly stop the ritual!
You can have 3 sips for the head banger before giveing the coffe
oH whenever there's a possessed patient I just lay them to rest.
If you throw away the patient, I think it makes more ghosts spawn so if you don't want ghosts don't do that also you can just shoot the ghost to make it go away
Yo while she was saying (here are tips for…) that anomaly was uh eating something very specific from the person on the chair
drink it two times and give it and now time it so you can still drink all the coffe
You can use IV drops for the candles too😅

Give the monster under the bed maple syrup he will go away
The possesed thing cannot be always true if in the cameras there an anomaly like: always looking at cam,has the anomaly mouth open,distorted like in the vid, and more. Or it can be a photo anomaly like: static,weird face, and i think thats all of it. I hope it helped good luck on shifts
Also for the hider anomaly you can get rid of them by just using the fire extinguisher

Btw, you can taser the patients in the waiting room to treat them for extra cash
If the picture is wrong for the hollow one, turn them away. If they are twitching, they are ok. If they look wrong in the camera, turn away. If they just have hollow eyes, they are fine.
If a hider is chasing you use the fire extinguisher 🤫🤫
AND!!
If you get a ghostly presence then use the fire extinguisher to show them then either shoot them or taser them!!
Extra tip! : if there is the bed monster you can always give them maple syrup and they can calm down

When you are in room 8 instead of running around to get what you need, you can just simply stand on the oppression table so you can reach the objects 😀
In the new update if you only treat the anomalis, after 20 shifts you'll get the anomaly class, make sure that your sanity is high, becaus its very VERY hard

Also during the head banger you can sip it for full 15 sanity before you give the head banger your coffee. As long as your quick because the coffee in your inv doesn’t go away for a bit
for the headbanger you can drink the first 2 sips and then drink the lest sip right before he is about to receive the coffee. you will still get the 15 sanity from the coffee and the headbanger will calm down and leave
