Everyone complaining about how the guy said they can’t be scaring people down There is more than likely because they were not asked to be there. They don’t know who they are and them walking in with masks and randomly starting to scare people as a complete liability. Lot of people need to keep in mind the fact that a lot of these haunted houses are actual businesses with reputations to maintain. If a guest gets injured from someone who isn’t even an actor there that can ruin an attraction entirely.
This is a liability risk. If you aren't on their books and something happens they can get in a lot of trouble legally.
