24. Never say "authentic" when describing Italian food. There will be one or 10 Italians in the comments telling you why it's not authentic 😂
    My nonna is Italian, and because you didn't make the pasta sauce from scratch, she will argue it's not authentic but other Italians will say it is and that's how they eat it at home. It's endless. Not a bad thing, these people really respect their culture and food to the point they will argue with each other to get it right! I bloody love Italians and their food, they're a special breed!
