56:20 Fun fact! You see how they used 2 sets of chopsticks to pick the egg up? The only time in Japan we ever pick up anything with 2 sets is when we're picking up the bones of someone after cremation, as part of the burial ceremony. Because of this, doing so outside of the funeral ceremony is considered distasteful or unlucky.
