📍 Kebapçı Halil Usta ( – Gaziantep is known for its meat, and for kebabs it doesn’t get more legendary than Kebapçı Halil Usta. Their most famous kebab is Küşleme – lamb backstrap loin. Price – 450 TRY ($13.98) per mixed portion (but they didn’t charge us)
