25. Why do you 'tease' the puppy rescue? A caring person would not allow a weak, distressed and injured dog to yelp and cry. You feed him there? You let him run in the harsh, rocky area when you know that he is scared and hurt? Do you do it to be dramatic? To make the 'story' longer? Any real person would immediately pick up the pup and take him to a safe shelter. Perhaps give him water and feed once he is in more comfortable surroundings. You should not be overwhelming the puppy by ignoring him and following him. That is cruel
