On February 21, 2021, Officers Gooden and Van Alstine responded to an altercation at Rock ‘N’ Taco. While interviewing an identified witness/participant, Officer Gooden was repeatedly interrupted by an uninvolved individual. Despite Officer Gooden’s warning to walk away, the intoxicated woman continued with her disruptive behavior. This is footage of the events that night.
