Ukraine guerrillas fighting of a war against Civilians must destroy the train switching yards and train lines repair shops and repair stations in Moscow where snow removal equipment and fuel is stored as a " tit for tat " with Russia before the Ukraine Army does it! if not then they should go for all the distilleries of ethanol and sugar plants before turning all the lights out! Russia can not repair or replaced natural gas turbines, water and sewer pumping stations or old electric transformers at substations, or Diesel fuel pumping stations for the locomotors. By the way there is no money to pay Wagner mercenaries for their services and there wont be any money for their widows or relative's!
