Stalkers are scary as hell. You never know when they will show up. Or if they are lurking around. Or what they will do. It's very unsettling and can paralyze the one being stalked with fear and anxiety. That crazy guy who didn't even give his real name is terrifying.

That is not true about 7pm being the latest time for deliveries. At least it’s not true for everywhere. Here in the us in the state I live, they can come up to 10pm. Some packages get lost or whatever and they don’t end up finding them til later and will still deliver them. Best bet would be to notice the company and call and ask or something.or just don’t open your door til they leave.

#2 is from the UK and some delivery companies deliver until as late as 10pm. Shopping can be delivered as late as 11pm.
