  1. I believe there is a building which takes water out of a building and puts it in to your water supply, although I’m not sure I saw that from another YouTuber

  2. I just don't understand why he kept the sewage pipes on that river when he could of moved them to the coast on the left?

  3. 1000 people died in the flood
Biffa: starts the evacuation after knowing that
People: Taken away from there homes
Biffa basically taking grieving families to a shelter for no reason

  4. Hey Biffa, can you use the water pumping stations and water outlets to pump excess water from behind the dam to beyond your city limits, down stream?

Alternatively, could it be worth raising the ground near the river, or do you not want to take that action (too cheaty)

  5. Another great episode Biffa! Maybe if you make the land higher around the sewage pump then you might be able to put a wall in because the water will flow away from the high point. Keep up the great work Biffa!

  6. You demolished one of the walls on the right district, the water could've been stopped more if you did keep it so it could deflect some of the water. Also, I think you really need to secure the areas in advance, the left district is already flooding, and now you might have to demolish buildings to keep it safe. Sorry for backseat gaming :/
