  1. I'm guessing the wind speed near engine is increasing with proximity at an exponential rate, hence very little tactile sensory feedback/warning that you are about to be in trouble. Plus; there are probably so many daily experiences of gusts of wind that the smooth increase doesn't register initially. Geez Louise what a gruesome fate, jet engine or woodchipper are nearly on par.

  2. I imagine they all wanted to get off early for NYE
I would have arranged for shifts to change that day and made sure they were given a time they will be getting away and the night shift paid extra that New Years Eve

It would have made a difference

    So sad
    God bless you lady

  3. 🚨The RED anti-collision light that flashes on the airplane is there for a reason. Until that light gos out that plane is hot don't touch It, it's EVOL!😈🚨

  4. I'll tell you exactly what's going on. They're hiring just anybody to come in and work these types of jobs thats the problem right there. I know because I used to be in that industry. It's not the training or the company's fault persay when things like this happen, it's the individual that lacked the common sense. Also I think if the safety department the training department taught their class a little bit more on the graphics of what is really going to happen if you do something dangerous like this woman did, and they show people stories like this it might get their attention? They need to understand if you do stupid things, you win stupid prizes.. I think if the company pressed a little more on that people might pay attention more. As well make it a restriction to have your cell phone on the tarmac… I've noticed these big companies are hiring just anybody these days and that's the problem and you're going to see more cases like this as they continue to do so.. what needs to happen is they need to increase their pay and hire people that are going to be worth their pay.

  5. I know following procedures would keep anyone safe but no one should be on that detail if they weigh less than 200 pounds I know that lady was probably 120 to 140lbs just saying I'm former military and I know how powerful jet engines are they can flip a 5,000 lb car but if the crew had a little bit more weight on them they probably would have been okay but still my sincerest condolences to the family

  6. ..prob not the equality your looking for, though glad to see the workplace death scenarios finally shifting from 92% males, to, i dunno 8.1% females now..

    ..yay feminism..

..we need to get that statistic up to 50%..

  7. This doesn’t seem right , she could hear the engines going and coukd see so just walking by a engine without being worried screams red flags on her crew or with her
