Pilot error caused Kobe Bryant helicopter crash: NTSB

Spread The Viralist

Federal safety officials have blamed the helicopter crash that killed Kobe Bryant and eight others on board last year on the pilot’s poor decision to fly into clouds where he became disoriented and plunged into a Southern California hillside. Lauren Lyster reports for the KTLA 5 News at 3 on Feb. 9, 2021.

  1. The pilot didn't focus on the indicators and he was turning the helicopter round and round and thinking he was going up but they were going down like 4000ft per min and slammed into the mountain🥲

  2. Kobe Bryant hated Mike! He wasn’t a fair player either! Going to the NBA straight out of high-school? Kobe prolly bullied his other classmates acting like a real superstar basketball legend. Check it. He’s got video-footage of how he acted in school while still hating Mike.

  3. I remember before any of this was known the news was reporting how the TAWS system would have helped and everyone with zero knowledge of flying was commenting that they should’ve had TAWS. TAWS would’ve done nothing here

  4. It’s very easy to think your going up but you are going down. Count on the helicopter instrument panel. You can look this up on the television show Air Disasters if your interested in learning about this . How and why Koby Bryant’s helicopter went down.
