4. I think some psycho followed the girls back to the house, someone that perhaps spotted them at the Corner Club. Perhaps he even tried to talk to both or one of the girls and got rejected, which made him enraged inside. Just as plausible as some kind of revenge slaying.

5. Hey there, Minnie Trout, I tried to find your post to me, asking if I suspected the killer to be an incel or a spurned lover, and I couldn't find it here in the comment section. So, I'm writing this new post to answer your question. And the answer is, I don't really know. It certainly seems to fit in both cases. I still think it was a crime of passion, judging by the number of stab wounds found on the victims. As I just stated in my reply to Matthew Avery's comment to me, I can't explain how I feel this way. It's just how I see it.

7. Kaylee & Madison needed Jack to answer the phone. Possibly needed money to pay drug dealer bf Kaylee leaving town. Guy in the hoodie expected to be paid . Why Kaylee stayed on phone at food truck. And why hoodie guy said F__! when they split.

12. This case is all about motive, I still feel it’s someone they know. Don’t rule out the survivors just yet and the last person to see them alive. This may be a case of a drugs side effect gone wrong / not a skilled killer

It seems like the killer came in the sliding glass door went straight upstairs did what he came to do to Kaylee and Maddie. there was some sort of noise even a scream there was two girls there, so there could have been a scream it woke up Ethan and xana. as the killer was coming down the stairs he met up with Ethan. they say Ethan was laying in front of the bedroom door. Xana was terrified waiting for her turn. That would be zanas blood that you see pictured oozing on the foundation of the house. the killer left bloody it was 28°. That freak was cold and bloody. He had to have lived close. It seems like this guy came straight up from hell and disappeared back into hell.

33. My boyfriend works for University of Idaho. He lives in Moscow. I go down and stay with him every other week. I can tell you its just not the same town right now
