This is a prime example of why, although I’ve seen the Stones 6 times, all but one (75) in the 80’s onward, I prefer this version as opposed to the polished, massive soundstaged, over produced version that they continue to sell to. I want some grit…muddiness, garage band, foot stomping rawness. I know they are old and we cannot expect the same…I guess I wish in my heart of hearts they had quit while we still had that grit. But then I’m not in their shoes. The $$$, lifestyle and adoration are hard for them to only reflect upon

36. I'm a 60's baby and my thoughts on The Stones are, that their music at the time must have reverberated right through to my mothers womb, and saturated me with its DNA. My hips are fucked, my knees have disintegrated, but when I play some Rolling Stones, the ache disappears. ❤🔥🎸
