🇻🇳ROASTED RABBIT (THỎ QUAY): Marinate rabbits with 10 blended spices, including cinnamon powder, star anise, and Chinese five spices. Skewer rabbits and put them to roast. Baste with annatto oil + seasonings. Keep roasting for 35-40 minutes, then sprinkle on sesame seeds.

🇻🇳SUCKLING PIG FILLED WITH RICE (HEO QUAY NHỒI CƠM): Marinate the deboned pig with MSG, knorr chicken powder, five-spice powder, licorice root powder, and white wine. Leave it for 5-10 minutes. Stir-fry sticky rice with Chinese sausage, celery, and shiitake mushrooms. Stuff the pig with the mixed rice and sew it shut with a metal string. Baste the pig with malt syrup and vinegar, then place in a drying machine for 20 minutes. Roast for 1 hour.
