Crazy animal hoarders always think they're such awesome pet owners. But the animals live in filth, usually with inadequate food & little to zero vet care. They need to be sent to psych hospitals & banned from pet ownership.
It breaks my heart and makes me SICK to see ANY animal abused!

The German Shepherd owner should be ordered to hand over all the dogs he lets out to guard people's properties. I wonder how many he has in total, how many have died, where is the all black GSd? I think a local judge should demand to now how many GSG are rented out , so they can all be assessed. He shouldn't be allowed to have animals, heavy fine and jail because he will just continue to do this!
As for the cat lady, keeping two RSPCA inspectors for half an hour she must have done some cleaning and hiding! She knows the animals are poorly fed and cared for, she should not be allowed to own any animals, I only hope her children are okay?!
We used to have 2 cats, learned to give hubby's cat the bath first as he was quiet about it. Mine would make so much noise the other cat would hide!

Stop complaining and saying they should hang them high and DO the WORK to change legislation and practices to stop these criminals and make thr job easier for the RSPCA and vets. That's the ONLY thing that makes a difference. People have to get sick enough of this to demand change!
You know, if there is a law in place for jail time and/or a fine then the courts need to enforce those otherwise why waste your time putting them in the books??? The courts need to grab a pair of ba//$ and make these offenders an example to future offenders. Iโd be curious to know if courts have a three strikes and your out with repeat offenders and I hope they understand just telling them they canโt have animals doesnโt mean theyโre going to obeyโฆ..throw them in jail already!! Wow. You need a license to drive. A license to get married. A license to go hunting. A license to sell real estate. A license to cut folksโs hair. A special license to operate a tractor trailer. But, NO licensing is necessary to own an animal?! AYKM!? As if itโs every humanโs godgiven right to own an animal. And, the fact that those animals were returned to the human that wrought this harm is unconscionable! Laws? People are protected by laws that allow them to neglect and abuse their pets? Ooh we. I'm so pleased the so called owner of the dogs had to surrender all his dogs. Got a 10 yr ban on owning any animal..the ยฃ7.000 probably didn't even cover the dogs care but at least he will now have a conviction for animal cruelty ..vile excuse for a human being

I wish that the laws to protect animals were as strict here in the USA as they are in Australia as mentioned in this video. We have a dreadful problem with animal abuse and neglect in all 50 States and the territories too.

The convicted owner of those dogs should have been placed in a cell and starved like he did to those poor dogs. The courts donโt seem to take animal neglect seriously.
